HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Trendy diets and workouts are NOT the answer, because those things are not sustainable.


If you want to create real, lasting results – if you want to transform and regenerate your body, create more energy and power and ignite a greater sense of vitality than ever before – it comes down to following The 3 Mandates of Extraordinary Health. This will enable you to not only make incredible physical changes, but to experience better emotional stability and mental clarity as well.

MANDATE ONE: STOP THE POISONING

Here's the thing: if you're getting a decent amount of sleep—let's say 5, 6, or 7 hours—and still experiencing these symptoms, it's time to address the issue.


Your body might be dealing with internal toxicity, and it's using its energy to figure out how to eliminate those toxins. As a result, your body can't function at its optimal level, and you end up feeling drained and unfocused.

It's time to reassess what you're fueling your body with.


Acidic foods and beverages are likely contributing to the problem, so it's crucial to make a commitment to nourish your body with foods that make you feel strong and vibrant. By choosing the right fuel, you'll give your body the energy it needs to perform at its best.


But it's not just about the physical aspect. Your mental and emotional health play a significant role in your overall energy and well-being. Creating a dark environment for sleep is beneficial, whether through blackout drapes or a sleep mask, as it supports optimal conditions for restful sleep by reducing light exposure. TAKE A WALK:


Getting up and moving around is a powerful way to improve your health and get your energy up. If you live close enough to your work to walk, do that instead of taking your car or train for a couple days a week. Going for a walk during your workday – even if it’s just around your office – will boost your energy and prime your mind for the rest of the afternoon.
